The territorial plan was born from the exigency of taking into account the needs of city and industrial life of Torre Annunziata and agricultural life of Boscoreale and Boscotrecase. The Plan is articulated on four fundamental nodes: work, circulation, living and services. To allow the Plan editing despite the constrained territory, the immediate edition of the fabrication programs was set for each municipality, which are quicker elaboration tools.
