The pre-existing building, within the villa Comunale along via Caracciolo, seriously damaged during the Second World War, was rebuilt and enlarged. The great double-hight hall is totally glazed and protected at an intermediate level by a terrace and a wooden sun shade. The kitchen and the refectory are on the Western side, the bathrooms on the Northern side and on the eastern one there are smaller rooms. Two patios define the different volumes. The bushes fence and the trees along the perimeter are part of the green area of the villa Comunale.
