A contribution to the varying experiences of building prefabrication and industrialization, realized with CESUN. Six prototypes, the first group of which was realized from 1949 to 1951 and the second one from 1955 to 1957. The experiment involved the horizontal and vertical structure, and only in some cases the services and the stairways. The cost reduction in the hypotesis of the series was from 15% to 20%, and even 40%. Those researches were made together with the QT8 of Milan. Two main solutions were proposed: vertical bearing structure in prefabricated elements, vertical isolated industrialized bearing elements built in the factory or in the building site.
