The turbine composition is forced in the rigid stereometry given by the competition notice and by the urban plan that reminds piazza San Marco, producing the facade vertical spiral. The internal rising path is accompanied by the exterior classical ornament while, in the interior, it is penetrated by the main area articulating a variety of different height and extension spaces towards which the vertical light well delates crossing the whole tower. The spiral path, with the illumination given by glass walls and the glass block ceilings of the whole internal units perfectly matches its expositive function.
