The building, made of tuff stone, is realized within the S: Rosa neighborhood, planned several years before. The building is made of three main volumes: the central, broader and taller one, which contains the atrium, the living room, and the classrooms; the one extending northwards, slightly shorter, again with double exposition; and then the smaller one, oriented from north to south, placed towards the northern wing of the complex.
