On a small open space, the steel structure with five vertical bearing elements along the central axis of the building has corbels on which the longitudinal structure is based. The building has three levels with the garage on the groundfloor and the transfusion centre, the offices and the bathrooms on the first floor, served by a spiral stairway. The plants are on the basement. The modulated frames change the street fronts, and give the upper level its own freedom.
