The project of the neighborhood, within the Detail Plan of Fuorigrotta, had seven building and a central building for retail shops. The rowhouses building, with two exposures, have four floors asnd a groundfloor, four develling units per floors, two stairways with two flights and a landing on the façade, protected by a metal sunshade. The neighborhood was very new for the traditional building tradition; the entrance to the house was through an open stairway, not a closed one and a dark entry.
